About Secure Print

Administrators can set up secure printing for device client users. This enables users to submit documents containing sensitive information to the Brooksnet Remote Print Manager (RPM) or other remote print manager tool. A PDF file in a folder is created with the user’s network name for identification and tracking purposes. Monitoring of these documents  is done by the Secure Print connector. The job of the Secure Print connector is to pick up, process, and submit these documents to a delivery queue. The documents are held in the delivery queue until the user logs in to the device and selects the MyPrints button. A list of print jobs appears for the user to select and print.
